**Homes for South Haiti as a charitable non profit organization was formed September 8, 2025. We are filing with the IRS for 501-(c)-3 charitable status but will not have their determination for a few weeks or months. If approved, their approval would likely apply to contributions retroactive to our date of incorporation. If for any reason we were not approved then your contributions would not be tax deductible. In this interim period, you may still receive a tax deduction by contributing toward these same projects by mailing it to GraceSpring Church, 1955 20 th Ave, Vero Beach, FL 32960 designated “Homes for Haiti”. They have been supporting these projects for the last 11 years. If easier you can also contribute through their webpage at www.gracespring.com change from “general” to designate to “Homes for Haiti.”

There is a crisis in Haiti,
We need you

Poverty and suffering have been on the rise in Haiti, and so many families and communities are in desperate need. Without a stable home and proper shelter, more families are at risk of starvation, sickness, and harsh elements.

11 years Serving
39 Homes built
40 Roofs replaced

In the last 11 years, the ministry has completed 39 concrete block homes for families. The concrete block homes have three rooms, totalling about 450 square feet with a metal roof and a concrete block out house. In secondary assistance, HSH also replaced 40 roofs damaged by 145 mph Category 5 Hurricane Matthew in 2016. On 8/14/2021, all the Homes for South Haiti constructed homes withstood a 7.2 earthquake in southwest Haiti. We were blessed that none of our homes collapsed and that none of our families were injured.

Help provide food, and build a church and school

As we build in Haiti we can’t ignore the community needs around us. In 2025, 5.7 million people, roughly half the population of Haiti, is experiencing food insufficiency and acute hunger. 2 million people have emergency levels of hunger. That is why we've begun projects to help provide meals to families, as well as a space for education and worship.
